At least 11 people, including a 2-year-old boy, were killed and 22 were wounded after Russian missiles struck an apartment complex in the eastern Ukrainian city of Sloviansk on Friday, according to Ukrainian authorities. The State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Donetsk region said in a statement that at least four more people were trapped under the tons of debris as of early Saturday in what officials are saying is the worst attack on Sloviansk this year.
